The main causes of chronic diseases are toxins in the air, food and water, poor diet and lack of nutrition, stress, negativity and emotional / energy blockages.
These causes drain your energy and damage your cells and immune system and block the free flow of energy through your body. These causes also can damage brain chemistry and brain wave activity.
Disease takes root in a weakened body.
Prevention requires that you greatly reduce the causes of these diseases in your own life
Prevention requires that you build up your energy and immune system and repair your cells and get your energy to flow freely through your body.
How do you do this?
You must feed your body a lot of vitamins and minerals
You must keep your body in a state of relaxation most of the time (for absorption of vitamins and minerals and for energy to flow freely through it)
You must de-toxify your body
You must get energy to flow freely through your body
How do you do this?
Adopt a high nutrient, alkaline diet. Eat primarily nutritious whole foods (primarily whole fresh vegetables and fruit). These foods contain the vitamins and minerals the body needs make these whole foods 70% to 80% of your diet) – organic is best (organic is not GMO and does not contain pesticides and herbicides)
Get essential fats primarily from nuts, avocado, extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil and avoid or greatly reduce animal-based saturated fat
Slow down when you eat and bless your food – relax (better for absorption of nutrients in the food)
Avoid (or greatly reduce) processed foods, junk food, refined sugar and refined salt and artificial sweeteners and trans-fats (these foods are toxic)
Most processed foods and junk foods are not nutrition, have no fiber and contain a lot of refined sugar / high fructose corn syrup and sodium – these foods are toxic
Avoid sugary or artificial sweetened drinks such as soda and fruit drinks -these drinks are toxic
Avoid or seriously reduce dairy, red meat, animal based saturated fats and gluten
For protein, eat primarily nuts (especially almonds and walnuts) and seeds (eat super foods such as chorella and spirulina, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, spinach and kale, ginger and garlic), beans, legumes, quinoa and tofu. Vegetables contan a lot of protein.
Avoid GMO foods – most processed foods and junk foods contain GMO
Reduce calories – reduce weight if obese
Drink primarily filtered water (avoid fluoride in the water-toxic). Drink at least 8 8 oz. glasses of filtered water per day. Squeeze fresh lemon, lime and orange in it.
Drink fresh coconut water
Do not drink soda or sugary or artificially sweetened drinks (toxic)
Do not drink water or other drinks out of plastic bottles (BPA toxin issue)
Do not eat canned foods (BPA toxin issue)
De-toxify your body with a drink that contains warm water, sea salt or Himalayan salt and fresh lemon and eat fresh cilantro
Do not smoke
Avoid or greatly reduce alcohol
Wear natural fibers (cotton, wool, etc.) (un-natural fibers do not let the body breathe and may be toxic)
Do not put soap, shampoo, lotions or sprays on your body that contain chemicals (toxic)
Do not use cleaners that contain chemicals in them (toxic)
Take good size doses of vitamins (a, b complex, c, d3, e, k1 and k2) and trace minerals
For protection from oxidation, take good size doses of Co-Q 10 and, for protection from pollution, take fish oil or flaxseed oil and turmeric (or curcumin) supplements
For additional energy, try the following natural supplements: Asian mushroom supplements (Reishi, Shiataki, Miataki, Cordyceps), Asian or Siberian Ginseng, Echinecia, Astragalus, Resveritrol, DHEA and NADH
Avoid or greatly reduce stress, negativity, negative and toxic people and situations, conflict and drama in your life
Adopt positive thinking, happiness, peace of mind and inner peace as your optimal state of being
When negative thoughts come in, shift out of your head and into your heart and focus on your breath only until the negative thoughts go away or distract with positive images and thoughts or music or details around you in the moment
Do positive affirmations to develop positive beliefs and thoughts
Exercise daily (cardio / aerobic and light weights) – at the very least walk briskly for 2 or 3 miles and work out with light weights
Stretch, Move, Do Yoga – all this helps with the energy flow
March briskly in place or dance in your home to move and get energy flowing (put on music or do this while watching TV)
Meditate and Pray
Express gratitude – write a gratitude list, specify what you are grateful for

Do not try to control others -results in stress and negativity

Be fully engaged in the moment with full attention and focus- experience the moment through your senses and not ongoing negative thoughts

Reduce negative thoughts and a negative inner voice and related emotions (anger, fear, anxiety, jealousy, guilt, resentment and regrets especially)
Reduce negative energy from your thoughts, emotions, acts and speech
End comparative thoughts
Let go of the painful past, forgive self and all others and flush out anger, fear, anxiety, worry, resentment, guilt and regrets and related thoughts – Be fully focused in the moment with full attention and awareness
